Rental Terms & Procedures

We have an agreement with the onsite management company at Seawind Condominiums in Gulf Shores, Alabama to make sure your vacation condo rental reservation gets handled smoothly. They will accept your credit card information over the phone and email your confirmation to you. You can check in and pick up the keys from their office, JME Vacations, 401 East Beach Boulevard. They are located on site which makes for an easy check in. They are available 24 hours a day to handle any issue that may arise during your vacation.

Step 1: Submit your vacation dates and we’ll confirm availability for you.

Step 2: Our local management company will accept your credit card deposit.

Your confirmation will be emailed or mailed to you upon receipt.

Cancellation
If you must cancel, change dates call the management company as soon as possible. They require a 30 day notice. Cancellation or date changes less than 30 days will cause the security deposit to be forfeited.

Step 3: Check in time is 3PM on your arrival date.

Your deposit applies to your rent upon arrival. Your responsibilities include maintaining the property in the condition you found it. Upon departure the property should be reasonably clean and the kitchen items clean and returned to their proper placement. All trash should be taken to outside containers.

Occupancy is limited to the number of people on your rental confirmation.

Step 4: Check out time is 10AM on your departure date.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED

If evidence of pets or smoking in the property, eviction and forfeiture of rent will occur.
